Kevin Robertson

Chief Security Officer, Acumen 

Kevin’s cyber security career spans 15 years across many roles in significant organisations. As a lead engineer in the RAF’s Deployable Cyber Security team, he provided support to airfields across the Globe. At Cisco, he supported clients including the UK government, Ministry of Defence, Société Général, BT and Rolls-Royce. He was also the lead in-country security architect on the Quatari government’s cyber security framework for the 2022 football World Cup. Subsequently, he provided strategic security support to other blue-chip organisations, both as an employee and consultant, most recently leading Silver Cloud and now Acumen as their Chief Security Officer.

Scott McCluskey

An experienced independent insurance broker, Scott provides expert corporate insurance advice, designing and implementing creative risk transfer solutions for family businesses, private companies, charities and PLCs. Scott acts for national and multinational businesses across the UK, operating in a variety of sectors including Real Estate & Construction, Transportation and Logistics, Wholesale, Professional Services, Technology and Leisure. He has held senior sales, underwriting and broking roles within global entities across a 20 year period, Scott holds a Diploma in insurance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance. A supporter of Cyber Scotland Week, Scott regularly presents to the Scottish Business Community on Cyber related Insurance topics and has first-hand experience in assisting businesses following a Cyber Attack.

Hazel Moffat 

Partner, Co-Head of Cyber, Burness Paull

Hazel specialises in public law and regulatory investigations, acting for national and global clients across the public and private sectors for over 20 years. Having advised the UK Information Commissioner, Hazel brings a deep understanding of data privacy and related legislation to support clients in managing data breach and cyber-attack incidents as well as with more proactive compliance strategies and frameworks. Hazel provides legal support following a data breach or cyber-attack managing legal, regulatory, and reputational risks around the loss of personal, Government classified, or sensitive corporate data.
